Guest Designer at THE MALE ROOM: A Twins Baby Card for Boys & Happy Birthday Becca (A card for her)

As you know from this post, I am a Guest Designer for July at The Male Room. 

This time The Male Room has a challenge SPOTS ´N´ STRIPES:

How I made my card:

1. I have only little dots paper...also I choose my dots paper and the stripes paper..then I took a light blue paper....I cut that DP and adhere it with glue on the light blue paper. Now I have my own card base. The other brown paper I write with my hand writing the sentiment TWINS. Here is the image and all things for my card.

2.  The brown paper I write with my hand writing the sentiment TWINS and adhere it at the light blue paper.

3. The Baby onnesie, I stamped on the stripes and dots paper. And I only colored a bit with light blue copic. I will send it to my friend in Holland, she will have twins grandchildren.

I made also a Birthday card for my sweet blogland friend named Becca. Here is the mood board on her blog:




This is the card I made for her: (using the picture left above side)

I am not used to make a card with mixed media element but Becca is queen of it and I think I wil give a try..hope she find this not too bad... :)

Using the technique she show on THIS post...I made my card, I also gave embossing paste on that self made paper, the sentiment embossed with white embossing powder, the flower is my old stash collection :) some pearls and finish my bday card for Becca ;) hope you will like it sweety and again Happy Happy Birthday sweet friend :)
