ReplyDeletetwo very cute cards Monika..loz
ReplyDeleteHi Monika! I am so glad to see your card in the CASology pool this week! Here in the US, there is a slang saying that if you "moon" someone you show them your bare behind...that is what many of us were referring to about the "other meaning" of moon! I love your owl and the masked moon you created, a very cool effect and wonderfully CAS! Thanks for joining us at CASology this week!
ReplyDeleteLove your moon Monika! I see you are curious about Melissa's card that has no moon!
ReplyDeleteI will tell you.. In USA, another meaning for moon is a bare bottom, and the gowns people must wear at hospital do not close in the back so portions of the persons backside can sometimes be seen as a "moon"...like flashing a bare bottom....It is meant to be a FUNNY and not disrespectful card, so it is for a laugh!!!!
HUGS Monika!
Ein zuckersüßes Babykärtchen und deine Eule gefällt mir auch sehr gut!

ReplyDeleteOh my goodness I love that owl stamp set!! Where did you get it? And what you did with it is genius!! Not showing the entire owl is just the right balance for your moon. I know this is my second comment but i just love this card!!
ReplyDeleteSuch Pretty cards! I love the baby cards' paper piecing and fussy cutting- I am a big fan of using designer papers to piece with! The owl card is awesome too! Thank you for joining us on Word Art Wednesday's 200 Celebration Challenge! Ginny M DT WAW
ReplyDeleteFantastic cards! I LOVE them both! Both are so pretty but in different ways. The baby card is very dainty and sweet while the owl card is very mysterious and bold. Love how diverse each one is from the other! May I ask what stamp set that is that the owl came from? Thank you for playing along in the Word Art Wednesday Challenge! Have a blessed day!
