I choose the Umbrella stamp and masking it (with post it) to make them in a row then colored the umbrella with my tombow brush pen
Here is my complete card:
I covered with distressed ink in grey for the clouds and drew with pencil my rain drops cause I dont have similar stamp like BIG RAIN :) Sponged the top area with grey distress ink and bottom part with blue distress Ink. Triple Die Cut sentiment and tiny Create a Smile sentiment WISHING YOU. I can called my card finished. This is really not my CAS style but as you see I try my best to gave more white space = white sentiment, and I am happy with the result :)
Challenges for my card are:
Retro Rubber Challenge #36: April Shower (The umbrella Stamp=Create a Smile, I bought at the end of 2014 if I am nont wrong remember, but I believe it was not bought at 2015)
Stempelkueche Challenge #42: Reggenbogen
W2CB #28: April Suns and April Shadows
Unicorn Challenge April #8: Favourite Time of The Year
Addicted to CAS #86: RAIN

I like the Bee`s Knees`s Stamp set from Stamplorations the one with name FOLK FLOWERS, also I took it and started to stamped with versamark and gave white Embossing powder and heat it.
Here is the card I made, I also design my own background paper by stamping many times "one flower " stamp and gave white embossing powder on it.
I am inspired by this card from Ksenija very lovely CAS card right?
This is not my card but from Ksenija
I colored the flower and leaves with copic marker and I also gave Popcorn Pen as Texture for the middle of the flowers and for the leaves too.
The Sentiment are three Die Cuts THANKS (black 2x and white 1x)
Challenges for my card are:
Less Is More #271: 3 Stamps (the main Image is 3 Stamps, as I dont like to buy Designed Paper I also designed my white paper with embossed stamped images)

ReplyDeleteSorry, I'm running late, have been quite social this weekend and very little crafting and blogging time was the result. But I'm here now. And glad I am, there's inspiration to be found here. You've managed to capture exactly what a rainy sky looks like! And I like how your design moves from depressive bad weather colors to happy rainbow colors! Very nicely balanced!
ReplyDeleteI also like your very CAS flower card and the modern look of the flower. It's modern but in a retro 70s kind of way if you know what I mean? I very much like this style...
