Wishing You oceans of JOY

I love this idea from Susan Raihala, see her lovely blog please if you want to know more...

Here is my take on her challenge :





First masking the paper with my note stick paper, and covered the area of the Sunshine with my circle punch, then I covered again with my scallop border punch to make the wave under the fish :)
