I choose the new stamp set from Create A Smile (Message in the Bottle) and started to stamp the bottle & straw and colored it with Akashiya SAI watercolor pen (ooh I love the blending effect of this pen) and then fussy cut my bottle.
I colored the white paper with my Kuretake Gansai Tambi Water color in Dark Blue and the Mint color with waterbrush pen. The die cutting as Tag and adhere my Bottle.
The sentiment I cut from the dark blue paper and "YOUR BIRTHDAY" I stamped also on a dark blue paper with white ink and embossing powder and heated it.

For my second card I used the color combo from Waffle Flower challenge.
How I made my card:
1. Stamped many flowers with dark purple ink and colored it with light purple copic marker and the leaves I used my old marker (the green one) that I can used direct to the stamp to coloring it.
2.Using blue copic I drew blue flowers too
3. And using brown copir, drew the dots on that paper.
4. Stamped the sentiment repeatedly on the light blue paper.
Here is one more photo of my card:

Your bottle and straw card has a bit of a nautical feel to it, must be the stripes and colors. I like it, what a fab stamp set, and the die cut sentiment is decorative and great for many occasions. I love this design because it's also very age and gender neutral, I love that about a card.
ReplyDeleteYour second card feels very feminine with your own designed pretty flower paper. Light summer colors, great take on the sketch.
Great cards love the background on the bottle and the enjoy is awesome along with the stamp.. Awesome..
ReplyDeleteThe other tag card is sweet. Love the background and the placement of the papers. Always inspirational seeing your creations. Hugs
