This is the Challenge from PTI Blog:
Your challenge is to pair up a black background with some of your favorite florals.
As I am living in Germany and PTI not sell their product here. I must tell thank you to Miss Kim who always helping me to help me order the new or old PTI stamps and DIES...many many thanks dear Kim...without you I would only maybe have one or two stamps from PTI...this flower set was a goodies from her (again many thanks Kim, you are so generous)...I stamped and die cutting the flower with these ink on the photo:
What do you do if you dont have a great ink to make your PTI Stripes stamp really black stamped on your paper???? I did like this, I took Kuretake Gansai Tambi the black color and use my waterbrush adhere on the white paper, before it I masked the white area.
Here are the finished black and white strip paper I made, yeah not perfect the line but I am happy with the result.
I choose from the photo inspiration the left bottom cookie and mimic the cookie:
Hubby said hey your black strip is not perfect ;) I answered yeah its not so easy to make it straight :)
Here is one more picture of my card:
