Billie and Monika`s Challenge: Papa You Are The Best (A Manly Card)

I and Billie made since last year Billie and Monika`s Challenge each other. This time is her turn to choose the theme. The theme is: Water color Background and also Die Cutting Letters and embossed sentiment. So here is my card:

I  got the Die Cutting Alphabet from my lovely friend Billie..yes I was not having Die Cutting machine and I got bunch die cutting papers from her, many thanks dear Billie.

For my card I learn here how to make a Fluffy Clouds Click HERE for our card background. I am not so expert it is my first time to try this and I am happy with the result. For the white splatter and the fluffy cloud I used Gesso on this card. The embossing sentiment also I added on the cloud BG after it was really dry and embossed it with white embossing powder.
