As I mention you on this post, that I make a challenge between me and Billie Anderson from Ink On My Finger this time is our WEEK #4, Billie has choosen the theme this time, we will challenge to make a Flower Background on our card.
I stamped the flower with pink ink, and the other one with black ink and colored with yellow Kuretake Ganzai Tambi Watercolor and other flower only with black ink. This is the stamp I used also this is from my old set Hero Arts Stamp CL266 Mix and Match Elements
Here is the result from my Background:
As I want to covered the bad area (see above, I stamped the flower in black two times...also the shape is not more perfect LOL) also I stamped and embossed with Zing pink embossing powder the sentiment Happy Birthday.

Hallo Monika,
Flo
These are fabulous, Monika! Your floral background is so pretty! And I really love your second card - your splatters look amazing - great image too! Love the random stamping on this background!
ReplyDeleteBoth fabulous cards Monika..Loz
ReplyDeleteGorgoeus colour combo for your bg and I think you did a great job at using spaltters. Thanks for joining us at Uniko and Ink
ReplyDeleteTwo very lovely cards, Monika! Jo x
ReplyDeleteI really like both of these! The colors are great in the first card and the image is awesome in the second.
ReplyDeleteMonika, I am loving the background you made. Awesome look and that pop of darker pink in the sentiment is awesome touch. Beautiful..
ReplyDeleteThe other card is a great look. Nicely done..
My water mark you asked about I paid a company years ago to make it for me.. I don't have computer smarts to do it.. Sorry.
Both cards are really lovely Monika.
ReplyDeleteThose neon flowers in the first card are really pretty! And that second card - WOW!!! I just love how vintage and retro it looks. Great designs!
ReplyDeleteMore gorgeous and yummy cards Monika.
ReplyDeleteLove the background you've created on the ATSM one and I'm thrilled to see you've linked up at Uniko Studio too
thanks so much

Monika, your cards are beautiful, lovely background as always! and your woman card with the splotches is fabulous!! Take care, Donna
ReplyDeleteFabulous card, Monika!
ReplyDeleteReally wonderful creations here Monika!! Love how you've created your backgrounds!! :) HUGS
ReplyDeletelove both of your cards, Monika! Fabulous background on your first card and a wonderful effect on your she-art card! Thanks for playing again with us at the ATSM challenge!
ReplyDeleteArtistic & beautiful, Monika! My hubby was in Germany many, many years ago when he was in the service & his daughter was born there. I'd love to see it sometime--very different than when he was there, I'm sure.
ReplyDeleteI really don't know how how to use my small stamps, but now I know - to create my own background... We'll see how that goes. I think your flower background looks very retro cool and the sentiment has a modern twist.
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm really impressed by what you achieved on your second card. It's so different from your usual style, I wouldn't have recognized it as one of your cards, but doesn't it feel great to step out of your comfort zone when the card turns out looking this amazing!!
Great cards! Thank you for joining us at Cupcake Inspirations this week.
