For the sand and water I made for my card you can see here, I tore a paper and colored first with Tea Dye Ranger ink the bottom part of my card, then took Blue Ranger ink and then sponged on my top area of my card. I try my best to make bigger splatter but it comes so small..then I took Gesso for the white splatter. I fussy cut the seashell and also stamped the Hero Arts sentiment on the black paper.
