Hallo my Blogland friend, it is Sunday again, it means....we meet again at our brand new challenge at Sunday Stamps this time we have another Color Challenge
How I made my card:
1. I took the white cardstock and stamped the Hero Arts Newspaper rubber stamp with black Ink on it.
2. I then took the Tree Dies and the Sentiment Merry Christmas Dies (Hero Arts).
3. I also use my embossing folder for the gold paper, it looks like Burlap one.
4. I adhere all on the white cardstock.
5. Last but not least I added the Red Nuvo Drops for the tree. I really love the look its so sweet, dont you think so?
One more Photo of my card, it was sunshine so I took this photo outside in our garden. Look how shiny the Nuvo Drops on the tree? It looks so lovely in reality :)

Nice to see you posting again, Monika! It seems strange to photograph Christmas cards in sunshine doesn't it, Jo x
ReplyDeleteSeeing this photo and its colors i didn’t think of Christmas at first, but it actually is a great color scheme for this. I find it tricky with color challenges, especially when they involve more than three colors, then my mind goes blank. But this is pretty, Monika, and I love how you used that newspaper print stamp for the background.
ReplyDeleteLove your sweet card....your Christmas tree is spectacular! Love the red ornaments!

Hello Monika! Your Christmas card motif is just right for the color challenge. I love making Christmas cards and yours is terrific!
ReplyDeleteMonika, thank you so much for sharing your project with us! Interesting choice to layer the two totally different papers and textures beneath your tree! This would be a very difficult color challenge for me - but you seem to have nailed it with the Nuvo drops being the last element you needed.
