Color Challenge at Sunday Stamps, Grey + White Sympathy Card & my #1 Christmas Card in July

Hallo my Blogland friend, we meet again on Sunday at our brand new challenge at Sunday Stamps  this time we have a color challenge:

I have not much ink with grey color...also I choose my grey paper in two different tones, and with the light grey  paper I put my stencil from Artplorations (Stamplorations Product) named Old Rose Prints, and sponged the grey ink on it.

I also sponged the stencil with Versamark Clear ink and gave white embossing powder and embossed it. I fussy cut the flower and add at the edge of the sentiment.

I think the grey color is ok for a sympathy card also I choose that sentiment.

Hope I can inspired you to join our colour challenge this time :)

Challenges for my card are:

Sister Act Challenge #114: Anything Goes (sdh a.p.)

Tuesday Throwdown #252: No Patterned paper

Crafting From The Heart #67: Anything Goes (2/3) (sdh a.p.)

The Sentiment is from Hero Arts.

  6. Your sympathy card is beautiful. Not too cheerful, not too serene, perfectly balanced. Great idea to use the stencil for both the background and the image.
Wondering if you've invested in a machine now? Seeing that nice embossed spots on the kraft paper. It looks lovely with red and gold. Hope you'll participate the rest of the week over at CTB!
