My card this time based of this lovely Photo from this Challenge:
Here is the card I made: (Maybe my orange to vibrant, perdon me and I have only little part of the hair with the dark brown :) )
How I made my Card:
1. I stamped the face of the girl on a white paper, the hat and the shawl in another white paper, I choose the orange color from Peerless Transparent Watercolor (the top part) and the blue I choose from Kuretake Ganzai Tambi and coloring this two images. Stamp I used is Concord & 9Th, I got it from USA, many thanks Miss Kim who helped me to get this lovely stamp.
2. I fussy cut the winter hat and the shawl. Adhere with glue at the top and neck of the girl face-image. I have colored her hair and her face too, with watercolor.
3. I Stamped HI sentiment from TAWS with clear ink (the company is already closed :( ) and I embossed it with orange embossing powder.
4. I run under my Bigshot the main panel and took my MFT Post-Mark Dies.
5. For the card Base I run under my Bigshot and using my SU Embossing Folder.
6. Last I adhere the main panel on the card stock with double side foam tape and the sentiment too with double side foam tape.
One more Photo of my Card, I really really love this stamp set and will use it again on my next winter theme card :) :

ReplyDeleteGreat choice of image for this color scheme. Interesting so see how well so much orange works on a wintery design, quite a surprise to me. I love it!
ReplyDeleteMonika, thank you so much for sharing your project and creativity at 613. I especially like the depth you have achieved with the embossing of the base card, the postage stampe die used on the focal image panel and the fussy cut layering! Nicely done!
